Mindfulness on Hermit Lake (Day one) Impermanence… over night the temperature plunged 30 degrees (F)

April 1st, 2014, 11am

It was -5°C with broken clouds. The breeze was brisk.

Impermanence… over night the temperature plunged 30 degrees (F), the wind went from calm to bursting upwards of 35 miles per hour, and the drizzling rain turned to a dusting of snow. What was yesterday is not today and what is today will not be tomorrow. All we have is now… now… and now. And I am grateful for this now.

Emanuel and Cyril said thanks.
