Myself and Dave Morrow recently spent a week and a half inside the Arctic Circle chasing the aurora and some amazing landscapes. We had arrived near civilization for a brief period, so pulled over to a cafe that opened at 14:00. It turns out that, it only opened about 2 days a week and this was not one of them. On the plus side, directly behind it, was this old rickety pier. We bookmarked this as a possible night location and returned as it was getting dark. I’m so glad, as I really love this scene for some reason.
